Join us in our tea master class presented by the East India Tea Company with tea specialist Jane Pettigrew as she explains the fascinating world of tea, from the difference between a green and a white tea to how to make the perfect brew. In addition to there will also be the opportunity to sample an exclusive tasting menu of teas, including Lovers Leap, a tea plucked from 100 year old bushes; Silver Cloud, a white tea from the Namunkala mountain; and the complex fruity Goddess of Mercy Oolong tea.
Jane Pettigrew is a tea specialist, historian, writer and consultant. She has written 13 books on the many and varied aspects of tea: its production, history and culture. She also writes for many tea related magazines and journals.
